Title: Accounting Analyst-Statutory Reporting, Corporate Finance
Job Description:
- Prepare financial statements pertaining to the insurance industry on an annual basis for regulatory authorities.
- Reports include Notes to Financial Statements, Risk Based Capital, and Management's Discussion & Analysis (MD&A).
- Assist in the preparation of all aspects of the Audited Statutory Financial statement in accordance with state regulations.
- Analyze and interpret operating results for purposes of reporting requirements and responding to questions and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree required; business related major preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong analytical skills
- Financial analysis
- Writing skills
- Overtime required January - March
